Forth Nothe, Weymouth by Drone
Nothe Fort , a Weymouth, nel Dorset, in Inghilterra, situato all’estremità della Penisola di Nothe, si protende verso est dalla città di Weymouth dal porto di Weymouth, nel mare a nord dell’ex porto militare di Portland. La difesa costiera fu costruita tra il 1860 ed il 1872 da 26 Compagnie di Royal Engineers per proteggere i porti di Portland e Weymouth, Portland divenne allora un’importante base della Royal Navy.
